Project: Real Estate Appraisal System (Modeling-API)
- Built the Real Estate Appraisal System to provide banks with real-time pre-owned housing price appraisals.
- Developed a real-time data collection system with Python and Kafka, collected over 3 million pieces of price data from multiple housing websites, kept the database synchronized with housing market.
- Designed and implemented the appraisal model for real-time pre-owned housing price with appraisal deviation controlled within 5%; developed REST APIs with Django to provide appraisal service, with estimated prices.
Project: Real Estate Transaction Big Data Platform
- Established the cloud big data platform for real estate transactions, provided market reference indexes.
- Implemented data pipeline to process the multi-source transaction data in over 20 counties; provided statistical functions, designed the database (Oracle) with daily automatic updates.

Project: Optimization of Navigation System for Freight Fleets
- Upgraded the navigation system of the company-owned fleets to reduce fuel, toll and time cost.
- Devised about 3 million key navigation paths based on the DFS path search and path similarity analytics; reduced the total cost for fleets by 5%.
- Further optimized the navigation system by designing and integrating path correction algorithm.
- Utilized Slurm to orchestrate asynchronous data preprocessing, training, and testing across multiple computing clusters, significantly reducing time consumption for modeling across 300 languages.
